About Us

Başaranlar Forest Products was established in Istanbul in 2006 and in a short time it has put into operation a total of 15,000 m2 production - baking facility, including 5000 m2 closed area, and its İkitelli branch.

Our company's machinery includes 3 profile machines, 1 opti-cut and vertical laminating press. Our production facility has a monthly baking capacity of 1,100 m3, including 9 conventional drying ovens and 2 vacuum drying ovens.

Drying

In ideal drying, the quality of the material to be dried should be maintained and the drying time should be optimum.

Our company ranks among the top in Turkey with its monthly capacity of 1200 cubic meters of Mühlböck and Katres brand drying ovens.

Thermowood Products

While Thermowood is produced, it is exposed to pressure, heat and water vapor. This process takes 24 to 96 hours. It is produced at 180 to 230 degrees Celsius. These operations must be done carefully.
